Not only do we offer low competitve prices on all our products and offer a Lowest Price Guarantee for Lady-Comp, all Lady-Comp orders for North American customers are shipped Free of Charge via Priority Mail. To help you realize added savings on all other natural fertility management products all orders over $50.00 for U.S. customers are shipped free!

Our Process
We will make every effort to process, fulfill and ship all orders paid by debit/credit card within 24 hours of receipt, however, this processing time is not guaranteed within our Terms of Service. Weekends and National Holidays are excluded. Naturally for Her provides the most expedient and cost effective shipping options available through United States Postal Service. U.S.P.S. Priority method delivers to U.S. Destinations within 3-5 business days in most circumstances, International Destinations within 6-10 business days. International orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority or Express at our discretion. At your request for International orders we will try to accomodate special shipping preferences. Shipping and delivery times for International orders vary per destination and cannot be guaranteed, however, 3-5 business days is standard.

Duties and Fees
Any insurance, customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for shipments charged during the delivery and after the original sale, are the responsibility of the purchaser. All Lady-Comp shipments, including those which enjoy our  "Free Shipping" promotion will incur an additional charge for insurance which will be billed to your card separately. Naturally for Her may from time to time accept such charges on your behalf, allowing ourselves to be billed directly. However, any such charges remain the responsibility of the purchaser and the purchaser will be invoiced for such fees. In placing an order, the purchaser agrees to accept such charges automatically applied to the same credit card as provided for the purchase of the product that was shipped.

Delivery Guarantee
For expedited delivery you may choose to upgrade to Express for next day delivery to most U.S. locations. International Express service typically requires 3-5 business days but can vary per destination.

The following limitations apply to this guarantee: Naturally for Her is not responsible for delays due to influences outside of its own control such as regulatory delays by customs or delays caused by improper routing or scheduling by the shipping company or any other such problem outside the direct control of Naturally for Her. We are not responsible for delays caused by your inability to accept a package due to incorrect address, rerouting to a new address, or due to no one being available to accept the package. Proof for this guarantee will be referenced to the date the package is picked up by the courier.

RETURN POLICY

Terms & Conditions / Return Policy
You may return the Lady-Comp within 14 days of delivery for a full refund less shipping, handling and insurance costs. To qualify for a refund, Lady-Comp must be unused and packed in the original packaging including any accessories and manuals shipped with the product. Lady-Comp returns made between 15-30 days from the date of purchase will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. A 30% restocking fee applies to Lady-Comp units returned between 30-60 days following date of purchase. Purchaser must notify and receive acknowledgement from Naturally for Her by email or phone prior to returning Lady-Comp. Incorrect shipping documentation may incur Customs charges and taxes for which the purchaser will be responsible.

The product serial number must be documented on the original invoice, a copy of which must be included with the return.

Shipping costs, duties and brokerage fees are non-refundable. Lady Comp fertility computers have been manufactured using the highest quality components and comply with German standards of manufacturing and specifications. All fees associated with returning products are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs, Duties and Brokerage fees for shipments outside North America that may be charged for delivery of these products are not the responsibility of Naturally for Her and will be billed to the purchaser. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and the purchaser will be invoiced for such fees. The purchaser in placing an order agrees to having such charges automatically applied to the same credit card as provided for the purchase of this product. As well, all taxes charged on shipments outside of the USA will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Contraceptives and Women's Health Products are not returnable and  non-refundable for sanitary reasons. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns you might have.
