Order Fulfillment & Shipping
We will make every effort to process, fulfill and ship all orders paid by debit/credit card within 24 hours of receipt, however, this processing time is not guaranteed within our Terms of Service. Weekends and National Holidays are excluded. NaturallyforHer.com provides the most expedient and cost effective shipping options available through United States Postal Service. U.S.P.S. Priority method delivers to U.S. Destinations within 3-5 business days in most circumstances, International Destinations within 6-10 business days. International orders are shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority or Express at our discretion. At your request for International orders we will try to accomodate special shipping preferences. Shipping and delivery times for International orders vary per destination and cannot be guaranteed, however, 3-5 business days is standard. The following limitations apply to this guarantee: NaturallyforHer.com is not responsible for delays due to influences outside of its own control such as inclement weather, regulatory delays by customs or delays caused by improper routing or scheduling by the shipping company or any other such problem outside the direct control of NaturallyforHer.com. We are not responsible for delays caused by your inability to accept a package due to incorrect address, rerouting to a new address, or due to no one being available to accept the package. Proof for this guarantee will be referenced to the date the package is picked up by the courier.
Duties and Fees
Any insurance, customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for shipments charged during the delivery and after the original sale, are the responsibility of the purchaser.
RETURN POLICY
Guarantees and Returns
Unless in the case of damaged or defective products, products are not returnable and non-refundable. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Shipping costs, duties and brokerage fees are non-refundable. All fees associated with returning products are the responsibility of the customer. Customs, Duties and Brokerage fees for shipments outside North America that may be charged for delivery of these products are not the responsibility of NaturallyforHer.com and will be billed to the purchaser. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and the purchaser will be invoiced for such fees. The purchaser in placing an order agrees to having such charges automatically applied to the same credit card as provided for the purchase of this product. As well, all taxes charged on shipments outside of the USA will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
