Dr. Udry's healing approach is multi-faceted and unique in that she practices as a Doctor of Chiropractic, a Doctor of Homeopathy and a Naturopathic Physician. She will quickly tell you she is a Doctor of Solutions because she uses advanced, synergistic systems of health care and has integrated a multitude of diverse healing techniques from around the world into her practice using unique systems designed specifically to improve your health. Dr. Udry's interest and research in nutrition, homeopathic and esoteric medicine has led her to many new and innovative uses of applied clinical nutrition, botanical and homeopathic medicine and the evaluation of body biochemistry using unique specialized laboratory tests  and other untapped technologies. She has studied many disciplines from all over the world, from Europe to India to South and Central America. Recently Dr. Udry spent time at the Medical School of Azuay University in Ecuador, studying the medical use and biochemistry of essential oils and herbs of the rainforest for natural healing. With a wealth of knowledge, insight and experience Dr. Udry brings forward her ability to draw from a variety of disciplines according to the needs of each individual.

Dr. Udry uses traditional as well esoteric techniques - along with specific nutritional, herbal and homeopathic recommendations to help clients rebuild their health and recover structural integrity, ease of mobility, hormonal balance for optimal reproductive health and fertility as well as general physical well being. She also employs cranial-sacral work, which derives from osteopathy – the holistic branch of Western medical science designed to improve the self-regulating function of the body/mind system. She also offers her full range of services to expectant mothers and provides holistic health care to newborns.
