Customer agrees to pay the total monthly charges as indicated above per the stated billing terms. Customer agrees that Naturally for Her may also conduct a credit check and grants authorization to do so. Naturally for Her may also decline credit at its own discretion. Naturally for Her will bill the credit card number listed below for initial and all subsequent payments.
Customer acknowledges that Naturally for Her maintains the right to submit information about this purchase to credit agencies. Customer agrees that Naturally for Her will deduct the first payment prior to shipment upon approval of the application and agrees that Naturally for Her retains ownership of the product until all payments are rendered in full. If the customer defaults on payments all items received under this agreement must be returned in good condition promptly by the customer to Naturally for Her.
No refund of prior payments or shipping charges will be issued in the case of default. Customer understands and agrees that Lady-Comp is an aid for Natural Family Planning and will not reduce the risk of sexally transmitted diseases (STD') and in no way guarantees 100% effectiveness. Conclusions regarding reliability of Lady-Comp is based upon independent clinical studies authorized and documented by the manufacturer, VE Valley-Electronics GmbH. Naturally for Her, a distributor of Lady-Comp, accepts no responsibility for claims made regarding reliability.
Return Policy: The Lady-Comp can be returned to Naturally for Her within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee (based on the total amount payable for the duration of the finance payment plan). Product may be returned within 14 days for refund provided it is unused and in original packaging, including all accessories and manuals. All refunds will be less shipping and handling fees. Purchaser must notify and receive acknowledgement from Naturally for Her by email prior to returning merchandise. Incorrect shipping documentation may incur Customs charges and taxes for which the purchaser will be responsible.
