Valley Electronics reseller at a lower price, please email our Customer Care team including the name of the reseller, price offered, and the website URL, and we will match the price and offer an additional $10.00 discount. Upon verification of then offer we will apply the discount and process your order.

Lady-Comp Warranty and Service Terms

We guarantee your Lady Comp will be serviced and maintained free of material or manufacturing faults or defects during the guarantee period.

The Warranty begins on the date of your receipt and continues for 2 Years for the Lady-Comp. Naturally for Her provides an additonal extended warranty FREE OF CHARGE as a courtesy to our customers.

During the warranty period we guarantee the repair, exchange or refund of faulty products at our discretion. We are not liable for other claims such as loss, consequential damage or follow up damage. We do not guarantee consumption parts such as sensor, power charger or battery.

Guarantee claims are only valid if the user gives immediate written indication of the fault, at the latest 2 weeks after discovery, including the completed guarantee form, the purchase invoice with documented serial number and the Lady Comp. The device may no longer be used after the discovery of a fault but must be sent to us postage paid and insured.

We do not guarantee for improper use, opening of the device or breaking of the warranty seal, nor for external force or damage. A guarantee card is included with each LadyComp device.

Lady-Comp and all compatible accessory parts must be purchased from an Authorized Distributor in order to receive a Valid Manufacturer's Warranty.
