Lady Comp fertility monitor technology is temperature-based and programmed with software that uses biomathematical forecasting calculations that track and indicate your fertile and infertile days without any bothersome or harmful interventions in the body's natural functions.

Each morning at waking, the attached Lady-Comp temperature sensor is placed under the tongue and the Basal Body Temperature is calculated within 30-60 seconds to the 1/100th degree. Along with the temperature, the Lady-Comp monitor will automatically request information regarding menstrual data, on certain days of the cycle. Lady Comp software contains a database of over 700,000 cycles to which it compares each daily temperature reading. It determines that the temperature obtained is accurate and reliable. Next, a diagnosis is made regarding the users fertility status of the next 24 hours and reflected on the device interface displaying the temperature, cycle day, and the corresponding green, red, or yellow light.
